1. Agreement to Terms
By using the OncoLink Africa platform ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

You must be a qualified healthcare professional to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Post any information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate.
- Post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Post any content that includes identifiable patient information. It is your sole responsibility to ensure all patient data is fully anonymized.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
We take no responsibility and assume no liability for Content you or any third-party posts on or through the Service. However, by posting Content using the Service you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.
